At Emerson, I led integrated marketing initiatives across digital, social, and internal channels to support national brand and product campaigns within the North American market. My role spanned campaign strategy, content development, and creative production, with a focus on business development and brand consistency. I managed digital and social media campaigns from concept through execution, aligning messaging with brand guidelines and cross-functional stakeholder input.
I oversaw the creation of all internal and external-facing marketing collateral—including graphics, flyers, posters, videos, and executive presentations—while ensuring visual and narrative alignment across teams. I also managed asset tracking, creative approvals, and contributed to agile planning processes, which helped improve project velocity and collaboration between departments. Additionally, I supported the migration and organization of team resources and training materials, enhancing documentation and onboarding processes within the marketing team.
